Aspire People is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN setting in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for a passionate educator with a proven background in working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional SEN Teacher who can deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students in Years 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and experience in planning for mixed-ability groups.

  • Delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Managing and supporting pupils with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
  • Collaborating with support staff and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils
  • Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment
What We're Looking For

We require an SEN Teacher with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience teaching in SEN settings, with expertise in SEMH, SEND, and ASC
  • Strong classroom management skills
