Senior Children's Residential Support Professional

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in Derbyshire.
This role involves providing care and educational support to young people with challenging behaviours in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of the residential unit, ensuring the well-being and safety of the young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised care and support to young people with complex needs
- Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans
- Collaborating with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the residential unit
- Contributing to the creation of a safe and supportive environment for young people
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment
- Knowledge of child development and behaviour management principles
