We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales ledger processes, ensuring sales invoices are raised and processed accurately.
- Oversee purchase ledger processes and maintain internal purchase records.
- Support the management accountant with accounts preparation duties.
- Effectively handle billing queries and administer finance data from our internal system.
- Conduct customer credit checks and provide approval/denial feedback.
- Chase overdue customer invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the payroll team as required.
- Produce financial reports for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Previous experience working in a finance team.
- Strong ability with finance and IT systems.
- Able to handle data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
- High-level communication skills.
As a Finance Assistant with Impression Recruitment Limited, you will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
