Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the National Patient Safety Strategy
- Identify and address incident themes and trends
- Cover aspects such as patient safety alerts, CQC inspections, and compliance tools
- Provide governance resource and support to both businesses
- Liaise with business leads to ensure effective coordination and communication
