Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team at Totec. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of employees, protecting the environment, and maintaining quality support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving health & safety, environmental, and quality systems across the organization. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and compliance.

About the Role:

  1. You will lead the development and implementation of SHEQ strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  2. You will provide visible leadership on the company's SHEQ agenda, communicating effectively with stakeholders and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  3. You will conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  4. You will maintain accurate records and reports on SHEQ performance, providing timely and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  5. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in SHEQ practices.

  • You have a strong background in health and safety, environmental management, and quality assurance.
  • You possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with colleagues and external partners.
  • You are a strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to drive business outcomes.
  • You have a high level of personal integrity and resilience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a recognized qualification in a relevant field, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
