Senior Pizza Chef - Wells & Co

As a Senior Pizza Chef at Wells & Co, you will be responsible for leading shifts, training junior team members, and maintaining high food hygiene standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Our team is passionate about serving high-quality, artisan pizzas in a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and ensure consistent high food hygiene standards
  • Train and develop junior team members
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain kitchen efficiency
  • Ensure all team members meet brand standards of preparation, presentation, and food hygiene
