Job Overview
CBRE UK is seeking a talented Urban Planning Strategist to join our team. As an essential member of the planning department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' projects across the North. With a strong focus on commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills, you will provide expert advice to external and internal clients while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to clients, preparing planning appraisals and statements, and coordinating project outputs from various disciplines. Your ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines will be crucial in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide planning advice to external and internal clients
- Manage major/complex applications and planning instructions
- Prepare Planning Appraisals, Statements, and Evidence documents
- Undertake planning due diligence
- Prepare and coordinate planning appeals

Requirements
- Professional Membership of RICS (P&D) or RTPI with relevant experience
- Dynamic and commercially astute with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on professional skills and integrity
- Ability to engage directly with clients and manage project outputs
