Job Title: Urban Development Strategist

Salary: £Exceptional salary and package for the right person, estimated around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.

Job Description: The role will involve taking the lead on supporting the growth of the North West business, working closely with the Regional Director and Resi Sector Lead. You'll have both the support and autonomy to succeed, taking a leadership role on planning projects, coordinating and overseeing projects, and serving as a brand ambassador for the company. You will also be responsible for business development through building upon existing client relationships and actively seeking opportunities for future business.

Required Skills and Qualifications: As an Urban Development Strategist, you'll need to possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of town planning principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. A degree in a relevant field and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
