Job Title: HR Service Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Advisor to join our team at Lorien. As an HR Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance to our People Managers on employee relations matters, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to People Managers on employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Respond to all People Manager requests for HR support and advice.
  • Ensure that line managers understand the appropriate HR policies and legal risks.
  • Provide written advice via submitted HR Query forms.
  • Accurately identify where escalation and/or referral for case management is required.
  • Capture accurate records while on calls and maintain up-to-date case notes.
  • Provision of HR policy advice and guidance for ad-hoc requests.
  • Drafting ad-hoc letters for disciplinary, grievance, and sickness cases.
  • Maintain an overview of HR policies, processes, and legislation.
  • Use Group Case Management (GCM) reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist the management team in identifying and delivering improvements to services and ways of working.
