Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross-selling our comprehensive insurance offering to the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities with prospective farming customers and deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales support and claims teams to drive sustainable business growth.
- Capitalise on existing relationships and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our insurance offering and utilise this knowledge to promote our products to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is desirable.
- Able to build strong business relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
- Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Demonstrate problem-solving ability, good attention to detail, and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
