Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Design and deliver workshops to facilitate business process improvement and change management.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with market-leading claims systems such as Guidewire is highly desirable.
