About the Role:

This is a permanent role requiring a seasoned professional with experience as a Contracts Manager in the civil engineering sector. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering processes and practices, excellent project management and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Contract Negotiations: Handle contract negotiations and variations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement health and safety policies and procedures on-site.


Desirable Experience and Skills:

  • Civil Engineering Expertise: Strong understanding of civil engineering processes and practices.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Health and Safety Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are desirable.


Salary and Benefits:
