About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at Mountain Warehouse, you will be the key point of contact with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience. You will be an important part of the store team, working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Your Day Will Involve

  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining visual standards and ensuring the store is tidy and well-organized
  • Learning and developing product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Being a brand ambassador, promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand and values
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for selling and talking to people, enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude, an eye for detail and high standards, excellent timekeeping and great people skills. If you have an interest in what we sell and what we do, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
