At CV-Library, we are looking for a highly motivated Care Home Support Professional to join our team in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.
Job Description:
- Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery, including medication, assessments and care reviews.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Possess NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Hold specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Demonstrate warmth, compassion and commitment to providing individualised care and support.
Our Benefits:
- A competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
