  • Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery, including medication, assessments and care reviews.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Hold specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
  • Demonstrate warmth, compassion and commitment to providing individualised care and support.

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
