About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our dedicated community team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care that respects individuals' autonomy and dignity.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting information as required.
