Responsibilities:
* Managing and responding to landlord and tenant property queries and issues
* Proactive communication with both the landlord and tenant and compiling relevant reports
* Obtaining quotations and instructing contractors
* Organising check-out appointments and distributing reports for inventory and check out
* Keeping property records up to date
* Setting up and closing utilities
* Organising timely safety checks and any required remedial works to completion
* Distribution of safety records to all relevant parties
* End of tenancy report evaluation, damage proposals to the landlord and management of the deposit distribution
Requirements:
* Proven background in property management
* Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with the landlords
* Excellent IT skills, Word, Excel and using different property CRM systems and IT platforms
* Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
* Self-motivated, proactive and professional
