Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our learners. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will be responsible for assessing, supporting, and tracking learners in various environments, ensuring timely completion and facilitating Internal Quality Assurance as required.

You will work closely with learners, employers, and other stakeholders to provide assessment support, underpinning knowledge, and facilitate internal quality assurance processes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues alike.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A positive and empathetic approach towards learners
  • Relevant qualifications such as Assessor certifications (D32 - D33 or A1) or Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it
