Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the Forum Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences, providing detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including Elemis therapies
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
- Sell spa treatments and products to guests, using your knowledge and expertise to make recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with Elemis treatments and products (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
