  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored care and support to meet the individual needs of residents, including personal care and daily living activities.
  • Conducting regular observations and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in health & social care or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in a care home setting is highly desirable.
  • A caring and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to promoting the independence and dignity of older adults.

We estimate that this role attracts a salary of around £26,100 per annum, based on a 40-hour week and assuming annual increases. Please note that this figure is an estimate only and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
