About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide response support during the night, offering 1:1 care to our service users, assisting with personal care, and completing light household duties if required. You may also be responsible for administering medication (if required) and supporting individuals with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids, such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide response support during the night, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Offer 1:1 care to our service users, including assistance with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Complete light household duties if required, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our service users.
  • Administer medication (if required), following established protocols and procedures.
  • Support individuals with physical disabilities, utilizing trained techniques and aids, such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills.
