Senior Emergency Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Practitioner to join our team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. As a key member of our Minor Injury Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care and achieve excellent outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans, taking into account the individual needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our organizational goals and values.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse or Paramedic with a strong background in emergency care.
- Experience working in a Minor Injury Unit or similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
