About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Practitioner to join our team at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP. As a Senior Emergency Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Minor Injury Units in Chippenham and Trowbridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including minor injuries and illnesses.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to other staff members.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or Paramedic qualification.
- Experience working in an Emergency Department or Minor Injury Unit.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
