Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Operations Lead to join our team at Caresoft Global Ltd. This role will be responsible for implementing and deploying new customer services processes that support and integrate with our client's operations.

The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in Customer Service Processes, as well as a broader appreciation of project management principles. They will be able to effectively present complex data and issues to a varied audience, including Senior Stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a contract position (35 weeks) with a standard 40 hour work week. The Programme has been given approval to develop a new, purpose-built warehouse campus near Tamworth, which will give the Global Parts Supply Chain the physical capacity to support the long-term profitable growth of the Parts & Accessories business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage own priorities, work independently, and take initiative while maintaining transparency in following escalation processes.
  2. Strong working knowledge of a Customer Services Operation and key areas within the supply chain & logistics business.
  3. Adaptable to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment.
  4. Well-organised and process-orientated with great attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication and influencing skills.
  6. Ability to hold self and others accountable.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have strong analytical skills to execute root cause analysis on complex data.
  • Identify how one issue can impact another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
  • Previous experience of system implementations and roll out.
  • Previous experience of Retailers and Customer Migration into a new external portal.
  • Knowledge of SAP (ECC).
Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary range of £34.81 per hour via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £26.42 per hour PAYE. Our Client operates as an Employment Business and Employment Agency.
