Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs and installations as required
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
