Workforce Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DO & CO. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Workforce Management in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of Workforce Management to develop and implement strategic workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and external standards. You will also assist in creating effective staff schedules that meet the dynamic demands of the business, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic workforce management solutions
  • Assist in creating effective staff schedules that meet business demands
  • Manage and coordinate agency relationships, serving as a point of contact for agency-related inquiries
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of timely and accurate weekly labor reports
  • Address discrepancies in employee and agency worker hours, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to make necessary adjustments promptly
  • Play an active role in resolving time and attendance issues to maintain precise and reliable records
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and the overall employee experience
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in workforce management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively and align workforce strategies with business objectives
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and support the team as needed
