Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Care Professional to join our team in Aylesbury. As a Care Professional, you will have guaranteed contracted hours and be required to be flexible regarding your hours of work and available to work weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with home help tasks and being a friendly companion to our clients
  • Preparing meals and monitoring client's diets
  • Assisting clients to appointments and ensuring they can remain independent in their own homes
Requirements
  • At least one year of care experience in a domiciliary field, care home, or hospital setting
  • Currently in the UK and on Sponsorship
  • Driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Relocate to the Aylesbury area
