Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide students with guidance and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Aid in engaging individuals within sessions and help guide them through various medical, therapeutic, holistic, and nutritional support
  • Manage emotionally challenging situations with resilience, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
  • Undertake personal care and support as required
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months recent experience in support work or a similar setting
  • Transferable skills with the ability to problem-solve and think creatively
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks
