Role Profile
We are looking for a skilled Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to join our North Kent Mind team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people struggling with mental health issues.

About the Job
This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver high-quality CBT and DBT therapy interventions. Your expertise will help individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying client needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions, adapting to individual needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring continuity of care and informing treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in regular supervision, refining your skills and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements
• A recognized degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with specialized training in CBT or DBT.
• Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children and young people.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and address complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
