Assembly Production Specialist

The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join their client's team at a leading manufacturer based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for locating and issuing parts, preparing works orders, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
Responsibilities include:
- Locating and issuing parts from warehouse locations
- Preparing works orders for production
- Ensuring accuracy of parts transacted
- Storing kits by shipset order
- Maintaining safe use of machinery and adhering to health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Able to work under pressure without compromising quality
- Capable of operating transaction/kitting equipment and ASC
- Good communication skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (increasing to £12.65 after 12 weeks)
- Day shift with flexible hours (07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Thursday; 07:30 – 13:00, Friday)
- Ongoing temporary positions
