Job Opportunity

Stirling Warrington is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Engineer to join their Engineering department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and inspection of all equipment is carried out in compliance with statutory laws and regulations, as well as the company's own policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Maintenance Management System to ensure best practices are understood by departmental engineers.
  • Review and update the job catalogue to ensure it covers all aspects of mandatory and statutory maintenance and inspection.
  • Produce reports to demonstrate compliance across specified areas.
  • Stay up to date with changes to legislation and communicate these to other engineers.
  • Coordinate with and manage contractors who service and maintain equipment and systems across the site.

Requirements:

  • Experienced man-manager with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and committed with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to organise important information for problem solving.
  • A flexible approach to work and a team player.
  • Excellent project management skills.
