Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor

RECRUIT123 LIMITED, a prominent hospitality operator in North Yorkshire, seeks a skilled Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations. Our establishments boast a rich history, with one of our inns dating back to the 13th century. We pride ourselves on serving delicious, locally sourced cuisine that meets the highest standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing food production, adhering to strict food safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Chef is essential, along with strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Excellent communication skills are also vital.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality traditional pub food dishes
• Inventory management and cost control
• Maintenance of our 5-star rating through adherence to Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines
• Stock management and supply chain optimisation
• Kitchen organisation and cleanliness

Our competitive salary ranges from £14.00 to £17.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Working hours are typically 40-50 hours per week, including weekend shifts and 10-hour days. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
