The ideal candidate will possess excellent occupational therapy skills, with a strong ability to support service users in managing their mental health and daily living skills. Leadership and supervision skills are essential, as well as a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Main Objectives:

  1. To provide high-quality occupational therapy services to service users
  2. To contribute to the development and implementation of therapy and education programmes
  3. To supervise and support the Occupational Therapy Assistant

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The salary for this position is around £50,000-£70,000 per annum, based on experience.
