Operations Co-ordinator

About the Role

As an Operations Executive at Powerforce, you will be a key member of our OnDemand team, responsible for ensuring smooth field operations and providing essential tools and coordination to our teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to operational issues via phone and email
• Ensure field teams have necessary equipment and information
• Liaise with warehouse/couriers and field colleagues on POS delivery
• Collaborate with OnDemand Area Managers for project delivery
• Complete one in-store activity quarterly
• Handle operational administration tasks, including:
  • Writing field briefs and surveys
  • Setting up surveys on reporting systems
  • Collating and distributing project materials
  • Supporting Account Managers with PowerPoint presentations
  • Database management and cleansing
  • Conducting paperwork, photo checks, and data validation
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Approving field team expenses and POs

Your Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
