Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our team at PayPal, Inc. This is a hybrid role that requires strong accounting and financial management skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile revenue receipts for PayPal Giving Fund UK, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee payment processing, including running monthly payout reports and reconciling with banking providers.
  • Monitor bank balances and implement transfers as needed, ensuring efficient financial management.
  • Prepare and submit gift-aid reports to HMRC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accounting support to customer service tickets, researching and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level, with a focus on accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key accounting functions, managing transactions at high volume.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Experience with automated financial reporting systems and proficiency in SAP would be beneficial.
