Senior Care Professional

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, building strong relationships with the team, and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
* Work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided, including medication administration and social activities.
* Build strong relationships with the care team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
* S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
* Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively.
