At Jago Consultants, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk support role
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Azure and Office 365
  • Experience with virtual servers, storage, and backup solutions
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, including firewalls and VPNs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of server hardware and TCP/IP
  • Experience with VOIP and switch configuration
  • Knowledge of packet analysis and routing
