About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality food and beverage service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of a quality food and beverage service to customers in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to residents and guests.
- Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to maintain a high standard of service.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback and complaints.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a care or hospitality setting.
- Level 2 food safety certificate or equivalent.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
