Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Returns Administrator to join our team at JMK Resourcing Solutions. As a Returns Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and minimizing returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain product return spreadsheets to track and analyze return data.
  • Organize returned product delivery processes and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze product inspection reports and update relevant data into company systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to feedback QA findings and drive product improvements.
  • Communicate with factories and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Investigate customer queries and complaints, and respond to online portal and email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and as part of the team to complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
  • Maintain database records and update internal and customer systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build relationships with customer QA contacts to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel to manage data and communicate with teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in product/distribution or warehousing environments to understand quality and returns processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work to ensure data integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Organized approach to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working Hours and Benefits

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm. On-site parking available.
