Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and consolidating customer orders using our Manhattan warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and efficient receipt and processing of customer orders
  • Collaborate with stock controllers to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Complete accurate documentation for all inbound and despatch loads
  • Report any trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are properly secured
  • Ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions
  • Meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
  • Assist stock controllers and colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a chilled environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Conscientious and reliable nature
