Norfolk House School is currently seeking an Education and Child Development Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead and manage the Pre-Nursery and Nursery teams, develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Lead and manage the Pre-Nursery and Nursery teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Motivate and guide staff to deliver high-quality education and care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in early years education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
