About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Waste Management Collector. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting household waste and recycling from our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and transport waste and recyclables from residential and commercial properties
  • Operate a range of vehicles and equipment, including refuse trucks and compactors
  • Ensure all waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a range of vehicles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
