About the Role
As a Medical Collector with Vitality Corporate Services, you will be responsible for obtaining medical information on various conditions. This includes conducting screenings and sample testing, such as blood, urine, and saliva. You will also be involved in additional services like Medical Telephone Questionnaires, Member Health Checks, and Wellness Days. Daily travel is required to customers' homes or places of work, covering a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client screening appointments at their home or work location.
  • Participate in Tele medical Interviews when your schedule allows.
  • Liaise with customers, underwriters, and the operational team to promote health and wellbeing in a professional manner.
  • Manage client expectations in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise your workload and equipment to meet daily activities.
