We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist to provide a high-quality service to our clients in Lancaster.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £50,000.

The successful candidate will work in our busy tax department and be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting Self-Assessment returns and tax computations to HMRC.
  • Offering advice to clients on their tax liabilities and repayments.
  • Resolving queries with HMRC.

In addition to the core responsibilities, there will be opportunities to develop skills in payroll, VAT returns, and company administration.

Candidates should possess some experience in tax practice, although comprehensive training will be provided to support attainment of the AAT or ATT qualification.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
