About the Role:

No experience necessary, full training is provided. You will be working as part of the Hatchery Team, assisting with daily duties that are fundamental to our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring chick welfare protocols are adhered to, e.g. vaccinations, health checks.
  • Ensuring chicks are sorted into the required grades and quantities, ready for farm delivery
  • Cleaning all equipment after use to the required high standards
  • Safeguarding bio security and following these strict procedures
  • Observing bird welfare and health and safety on site at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • A good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
  • Relevant experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
