**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding primary school in Hounslow. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our KS1 pupils with special educational needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify designated children's progress and provide support for individuals or small groups
* Support the class teacher with the development of learning resources and provide regular feedback to pupils and teachers
* Attend regular staff training and contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Educated to degree level and aspiring teacher with a passion for child development
* Experience of working with children in a similar setting and ability to use initiative to work independently
* Commitment to safeguarding and a willingness to contribute to the school's values and ethos
