Job Overview:

As an Application Services Engineer 1, you will be part of a team that empowers healthcare providers worldwide with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot, repair, and perform field modifications to ensure high customer satisfaction and improve reliability.
* Commission and warranty locomotives and/or coaches, analyzing failures and identifying corrective actions.
* Use mechanical drawings, schematics, and location circuit plans to perform electrical and mechanical repairs.
* Diagnose electrical malfunctions, assess problems, and identify corrective actions.
* Read, interpret, and understand written or electronic information to identify root causes and compile reports.
* Implement Field Modifications (FMIs) to improve product quality and document failures, part exchanges, and performed work in our Commissioning and Warranty database.
* Communicate technical information, job procedures, and recommendations to the site lead and colleagues.

Requirements:

* High school diploma (or GED)
* Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
* Valid driver's license in good standing
