What We're Looking For

We are seeking exceptional STEM graduates to join our industry-leading Life Sciences (Biotechnology) practice group. As a trainee, you'll have the opportunity to qualify as a UK and European patent attorney, supporting some of the world's leading biotechnology companies across the full spectrum of biotechnologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients across the full spectrum of biotechnologies, from diagnostics to therapeutics
  • Assisting in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications
  • Conducting patent searches and analyses
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide innovative solutions to complex problems

Requirements

  • Strong first degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) or PhD in a relevant technical discipline, such as molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or immunology
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
