About the RoleThe Phlebotomy Operations Manager will oversee and lead phlebotomy services across the Peterborough, Hinchingbrooke, and Stamford sites. Key responsibilities include managing rotas, recruitment, handling HR processes, investigating incidents, maintaining staff competency, and continuously improving service levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience of managing an operational service within a clinical setting
- Experience of managing, supervising, recruiting, and training/mentoring staff
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Experience of change management and working within a Quality Management System
- Knowledge of Pathology IT systems and Microsoft Packages
