We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to work as a part-time barista in our Carterton office building. This role involves working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality beverages are served to clients.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to clients

Salary: £11.65 per hour (aged 17 and 16)
Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive
