About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute asset management strategies to optimize property performance
  • Collaborate with Property Managers and the wider team to ensure best practices and high standards
  • Monitor and enhance the financial performance of assets to meet or exceed targets
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers to ensure a high level of service
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a commercial asset management role
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
